Keto-friendly Thai Style Larb

This simplified keto-friendly Thai-style Larb has all the elements of a delicious Larb dish without the high-carb ingredients more traditionally used to make it.

There are many variations to Larb. It's a versatile and flavorful dish that can be customized to suit any taste.


  1. 1/2 lb ground pork
  2. 1/4 small yellow onion, sliced
  3. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  4. 1 tsp coconut aminos
  5. 1/2 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
  6. A few slices of pickled jalapeno, optional. **note, if omitting, add a splash of vinegar**
  7. 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce, optional
  8. Pinch of True Lime powder or squeeze of 1/2 fresh lime


  1. Cook ground pork over medium/high heat until juices run clear.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are to desired doneness.
  3. Add coconut aminos, fish sauce, pickled jalapeno (or splash of vinegar), and hot sauce, if using, and stir to combine.
  4. Add True Lime powder or squeeze of fresh lime and stir to combine.
