This recipe is simple, quick, and versatile—enjoy them sweet with sugar-free syrup, berries, or nut butter, or make them savory with cheese, herbs, or cooked vegetables. Perfect for any meal!

🛒 Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 tbsp Isopure Zero Carb 100% Whey Protein Powder
  3. 2 tbsp cream cheese
  4. Butter, for cooking

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, protein powder, and cream cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, until edges set, then flip carefully and cook another 1-2 minutes.
    -OR- Cook in a round griddle, like the Dash Express Round Griddle with the lid closed for 3 or 4 mins.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with sugar-free syrup, berries, whipped cream, nut butter, or whatever you like on your crepes.
